Since 1962, Willy Naessens Swimming Pools has strengthened its market share year after year to become the market leader in the installation and renovation of architectural swimming pools.
We can now offer our customers the know-how we have accumulated and improved over those years. In total, we already have more than 1,000 satisfied customers in Belgium and abroad on our counter.
At Willy Naessens Swimming Pools, every case is followed up personally. From the very first contact, an advisor guides you in your personal choice in our wide range.
Also during the execution of a swimming pool, everything is closely monitored. Once the project starts, the site manager and the architect provide all useful information. The complete realisation of each swimming pool is supported and monitored internally by our own design office. Since we want our approach and quality to be the same for every customer, our own teams also go on site to serve customers abroad.
The ultimate aim is always to provide the client with maximum information at every stage of the construction project. To guide your project in the best possible way, we therefore appoint one route supervisor. He or she will be the person who keeps you informed about the progress of the pool.

Quality is guaranteed by an independent inspection of the technical installation at the time of delivery. Our company is a member of the Belgian Federation of Swimming Pool and Wellness Professionals, established within the Federation of General Building Contractors of the Confederation of Construction.
In the event of a conflict, the parties to this agreement undertake - before taking legal action - to call on a recognised mediator to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.
The Grouping may suggest to the parties to this agreement that they use the Grouping's accredited mediator free of charge. In this case, complaints may be submitted by email (faba@confederatiebouw.be) or via the online form on the Grouping's website (www.zwembad-bouwers.be, Lombard 42, 1000 Brussels). Complaints will be confirmed to the complainant within 14 days. They will be handled free of charge and with the greatest possible care by an accredited mediator.
